It really depends on a lot of factors - type of treatment, filming, actors/talent, location, professional input, etc. However, there are certain 'rules of thumb' that apply. Just call us and we can discuss these with you.
Q: What should I look for when choosing the right producer?
A: You want to be sure the producer's abilities meet your needs. No two corporate video projects are alike, but you can check their previous work to see if it aligns with what you want. Check references and testimonials and speak with the producer if necessary. But most of all, you need to "click" with each other. Making a video can be a long journey - make sure it's a pleasant one!
Q: How long should a corporate video be?
A: As short as possible to adequately get your message across. Always remember your audience and that you're making the video for them and not necessarily for yourself.
Q: What is the most important part of making a corporate video?
A: The script, the script, the script. This is your project's blueprint. It's critical that your script is reviewed, checked and carefully reviewed again prior to production. Changes after filming - even the smallest change - can be very expensive. Especially if actors are called back to re-do scenes, or the voice-over needs altering.
Q: Can we use our own people and not actors?
A: Acting talent is strongly recommended, especially for speaking parts. Generally, using non-actors is risky and a false economy.
Q: Should our Managing Director or key personnel give an address in the video?
A: This should be approached with caution. If one of the featured people leaves the organisation, it can possibly make your whole video redundant.

Q: Do you recommend using animation in a video?
A: It really depends on the audience and the type of production. Generally, we include 2D animation to highlight facts and figures, and for special sequences in the video. We can apply 3D animation - like in computer games - on request but this is more expensive.

Q: Do you guarantee your training videos?
A: We realise that not all off-the-shelf videos suit every potential use. If you feel the video/DVD doesn't suit your needs, we offer a full refund on programs returned within 5 working days and with the invoice unpaid.
Q: I can never seem to find the right training material. Can you help?
A: Yes. We're the custom video specialists. Perhaps we could make you a special video for your own application?
Q: Can you include our logo?
A: Yes. For $150 we can edit the video/DVDs so that your logo appears at the beginning. We can also add special screens of text to introduce your training, at no extra charge.
Q: Some of the footage isn't quite right. Can you edit it to suit us better?
A: Yes. We design all of our videos so that, where possible, we can replace our footage with yours. We can also add or cut bits out. Just ask!
Q: Do you supply on VHS and DVD?
A: Yes.
Q: How long will it take to receive our video/DVD order?
A: When do you need it? We'll bend over backwards to fit in with your training schedule if we can.
