Website Video to be precise.

Being a video production company, we've naturally focussed heavily on video content on this - our brand new website.

I wonder if like me, you've visited a website that has a video on it - but just takes far too long to load? And then if you did wait for it to load, only to watch it either stutter or be of low quality?

It doesn't have to be like this anymore.

After considering all of the options, we chose Flash video format (FLV) for a number of reasons.

Firstly, Flash is found in more browsers than any other player. Flash works on MacOS X, Windows, and Linux systems and is also compatible in Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, and Opera.

The video file can be compressed significantly whilst maintaining high video quality too. Most of the videos found on this website are under 3Mb and therefore buffer very quickly on any broadband connection.

I have no doubt video content on business websites will increase dramatically in coming years.

So much so, I've even heard a whisper that the major search engines are already working on including video content into their search algorithms.
