2009 has started with a real bang for us!
While the demand for our 'off the shelf' Australian made training video products has increased significantly, we are consistently getting calls for particular topics to become available on video, either on DVD or for intranet application.
We have just released
"Towards more Effective OHS Committees and Meetings", a simple guide to improving the effectiveness of an OHS committee and how to run more efficient and productive meetings.
Our next release will be a 24 part series on
'Retail Selling Skills' - this will cover everything from 'customer care' and 'dealing with objections' to 'qualifying' and 'closing the sale'.
Other topics in the pipeline include, Telephone Skills, Customer Service and Driver Safety.
A new general OHS title is also on the drawing board, which will be another option or addition to
'A Reaper's Guide to OHS'If there's a topic out there that you want to see covered in a training video, let us know!
