We provide the perfect combination of taking complete ownership of the production process whilst allowing you to have final say on every step along the way. You get the best of both worlds!

This is almost an impossible question to answer without knowing all the requirements of the production first, as there are a myriad of factors that impact on the pricing. In fact this question is akin to asking a builder “how much does it cost to build a house”?

Pricing depends on the style of production you are after, for example:

• How many days filming are required?
• Do want extras, actors/ presenters?
• How long is the final program?
• Will it include animation?

We feel the most effective way to produce a script is for us to meet with you gather all the information and write the script ourselves. This way, you have the benefit of someone from outside the business, looking at the subject matter and preparing your script. You still have final say over what is included and excluded.

The length of preparation of a script is in direct proportion to the quality of the information supplied to us. If we have a reasonable amount of background information, we should be able to prepare a 6 minute script for you within 24 hours.

Apart from the initial consultation and the fine tuning of the script, you can be as involved as you would like to be, bearing in mind that you will always have final say in the end product.

Over our 30+ years of producing video, we have formed strong relationships with a wide range of professional actors, presenters and VoiceOver talent. You will be offered a range of suitable talent for your production and if that is your wish, you get to choose who appears on your video.

If you have not been involved with video production in the past, the start of the production journey can be a nervous step. More than likely, the script will be the most important component of your video… It just has to be right! To assist you on your production journey, we are happy to guarantee you the quality of that script. In other words, we will prepare your script for you and by the time we have done that, you will have a clear idea whether you would like to proceed with us or not. If you are not 100% happy with the script we have prepared, we will either fix it till you are or we walk away and don’t charge you for our work today. It’s our way of saying we will produce a fantastic video for you.

This provides us with a rough indication of how the content will be utilised, and the scope of the training which we base the pricing on.

Because of the nature of digital video or eLearning content, we are unable to offer refunds. We do however offer free full-length previews of all our content, which allows you to watch or complete the training in it’s entirety before purchasing to check for suitability. The preview link we supply can be shared with your colleagues or management.

Typically, our online digital licences are a one-off purchase (perpetual licence). We just try to keep it a “admin-friendly” as possible. If you require a hosted solution (where we host the video or provide a platform for eLearning), we can offer licences on a one year or two year term.

If we need to update content in a title due to a change in legislation, or terminology, which is sometimes the case with our health and safety training programs, we will make the update and supply you with the updated version. If we’re simply producing a new title on the same or similar topic, we’ll offer you the opportunity to purchase that title at a discounted rate.

We allow for small fluctuations in staff numbers when quoting for an online licence. However, if the number of staff accessing the content were to increase by more than 50% after purchasing the licence we would ask that you contact us to adjust the licence accordingly.

Yes of course. We offer bundle pricing for multiple titles, either in video or self-paced eLearning format. You’ll find packages or bundles put together on the website which offer fantastic value, or you make up your own bundle or suite of titles from any product on the website.

Whilst there isn’t necessarily a set time in which we will update a title, we do try to keep all programs in our range as current as possible. A lot will depend on what our customers are looking and asking for, as well as changes in legislation that particularly impact our range of health and safety training programs.

Yes of course. We design all of our videos so that, where possible, we can replace our footage with yours. We can also add or cut bits out. We can even modify the script and insert a custom voice to suit your specific requirements. Just ask!
